Cats’ hypnotic eyes made such an impression on ancient Celts that some even said they were portals to another world.
The tiny green dot at the end of the tail is a special touch , it reminds me of a phenomenon that is seen at the moment of sunset over the Pacific Ocean when a green flash can be seen with the naked eye... A magical sight to behold. Thank you to RJC for pointing that out to me many, many years ago.
